1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Wild Minds Network platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Member", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview & Educational Disclaimer

Wild Minds Network provides educational resources, community networking, and project opportunity listings focused on building resilient communities, off-grid systems, and regenerative agriculture.

2.1 Educational & Informational Purpose Only

All materials, courses, content, advice, and discussions hosted on or accessible via the Platform are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, legal, architectural, financial, medical, environmental compliance, or structural advice.

2.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that implementing off-grid technology, construction, agricultural practices, or physical community projects carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety, legality, local zoning, environmental permissions, and technical viability of any project, advice, or connection derived from the Platform.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Access to the Platform requires a paid membership structure as detailed below.

3.1 Recurring Billing & Cancellation

4. User Content, Data Rights & Public Listings

4.1 User-Generated Content (UGC) Ownership

You retain full ownership of all text, images, project details, code, and other data or content that you upload, post, or submit to the Platform ("User Content").

4.2 License Grant to Company

By posting or submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant Wild Minds Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to store, host, reproduce, modify, display, publish, and distribute your content strictly for the purposes of operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving the Platform.

4.3 Private vs. Public Distribution

Private Community Data: Standard member content, discussion posts, and internal personal profiles remain private within the authenticated member network.

Project Opportunity Listings: When you upload a project listing you grant us permission to host and display such listing publicly outside the password-protected member area, allowing other users and members of the public to view and share the listing.

4.4 Content Responsibility

You warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights, and does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or harmful material.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Harassing, threatening, abusing, or defaming other members.
Scraping, harvesting, or extracting member data or private contact information for commercial solicitation or spamming.
Uploading malicious code, viruses, trojans, or attempting to compromise Platform security or infrastructure.
Engaging in illegal activities or promoting unsafe off-grid construction or environmental practices that violate local statutory codes.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you breach this Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As-Is" Service

The Platform, its software, and all educational materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in England and Wales:

Wild Minds Community, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or project outcomes.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Wild Minds Community in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Wild Minds Community irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
